Our guidelines for submission are very simple and you will find them detailed in the links below but, in general terms, be mindful of our golden rule.
THE GOLDEN RULE FOR PUBLICATION
Only submit your best work.
That’s it. Whilst we accept that it is a rare writer indeed who gets everything right on their first submission, we must impress upon you the importance of treating your work with the respect it deserves. We are not interested in first drafts, or streams-of-consciousness that are riddled with basic grammatical errors. Run your story through a spell-checker, have a friend or family member read it through and offer you their honest opinion. Above all else, read it back to yourself a couple of times and don’t be afraid to be harsh with yourself. The odds are that if you’re not truly satisfied with it, nor will we be.
